Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application developed and published by Aura by WN ("Developer," "we," "us," "our") on Google Play Store, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aura by WN. They apply universally to all current and future applications published under this developer account, as well as the developer website at aurabywahid.in.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use any Aura by WN application, unless the specific app's Google Play listing states a different age requirement. By using our apps, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the app under the laws of your country or region
• You have not been previously banned or removed from any Aura by WN platform for violations

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Aura by WN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to:

• Download and install the app on devices you own or control
• Access and use the app's features for your own personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use the content within the app solely as permitted by these Terms

For any Aura by WN app that provides financial information, market signals, trade ideas, or investment-related content (including TradingAura AI & Human Signals):

• All content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only
• Nothing constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument
• Aura by WN is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial institution
• You trade entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any financial gains or losses
• Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions

As a user of any Aura by WN application, you agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable laws
• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or contacting us
• Treat all other users with respect and professional courtesy
• Take full personal responsibility for all actions performed through your account
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Report bugs, security vulnerabilities, or violations to wahid5nissar@gmail.com promptly
• Comply with Google Play's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms

The following activities are strictly prohibited across all Aura by WN applications and may result in immediate termination of your access:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract source code from any app
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or commercially exploiting any app or its content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to backend systems, databases, or other users' accounts
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with our apps
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful code through our platforms
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or the developer
• Posting or transmitting spam, fraudulent offers, or scam content
• Impersonating the developer, moderators, or other users
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Using the app for any illegal purpose under Indian or international law
• Sharing or leaking premium content or subscription benefits with non-subscribers

All intellectual property within Aura by WN applications — including but not limited to the app names, logos, brand identity, UI/UX design, source code, algorithms, content formats, written materials, AI-generated analysis, signal formats, graphics, and community architecture — is the exclusive property of Aura by WN and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Where any Aura by WN app offers premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases:

• All payments are processed securely via Google Play Billing
• Prices are displayed clearly before purchase and are inclusive of any applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Google Play account settings
• Refunds for digital content are generally not provided once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith will result in immediate and permanent account termination
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and subscription plans with reasonable advance notice

All Aura by WN applications are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content within the app
• Warranties that defects in the app will be corrected

You use all Aura by WN applications entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura by WN and all affiliated individuals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our apps, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses, lost profits, or investment losses of any kind
• Loss or corruption of data stored within the app
• Business interruption or missed opportunities
• Personal or emotional harm resulting from app use or content
• Losses due to app downtime, bugs, data errors, or delayed updates
• Losses arising from reliance on any content, signal, or information in the app
• Unauthorized access to your account or data despite our security measures
• Actions or content of other users within community features

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura by WN and all affiliated persons from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of any Aura by WN application
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the app
• Any dispute between you and another user of the app
• Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on the platform

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to any or all Aura by WN applications at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior toward the developer or other users
• Conduct that we determine, in our sole judgment, to be harmful to the platform or its community
• Non-payment of applicable subscription fees
• Repeated account creation following a prior termination

Upon termination, your license to use the app is immediately revoked. You must uninstall and cease using the affected application. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification — shall remain in full force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our applications shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jammu & Kashmir, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication for a minimum period of 30 days. Disputes may be initiated by contacting wahid5nissar@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised Terms on our website at aurabywahid.in. For significant changes, we may also provide notice within the affected app.

Your continued use of any Aura by WN application after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the app.
