01 · Overview
§ 1.1 Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is published by Aura by WN ("we," "us," "our," "Developer"), the developer of applications available on Google Play Store. This Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal information from users ("you," "your") of any application developed and published by Aura by WN.

This Policy applies universally across all current and future applications published under the Aura by WN developer account, including but not limited to TradingAura AI & Human Signals and any other apps released under this account.

By downloading, installing, or using any Aura by WN application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy.

02 · Data We Collect
§ 2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, contact us, or use features of our apps, you may voluntarily provide:

  • Email address for account registration or support
  • Phone number (if required for specific app features)
  • Profile photo or avatar (if the app supports profiles)
  • Messages, feedback, and support communications
  • Any content you submit, post, or share within the app
§ 2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our apps, certain technical data is collected automatically:

  • Device type, model, manufacturer, and operating system version
  • Unique device identifiers (Android ID, advertising ID)
  • App version and installation information
  • IP address and approximate geographic location (country/region)
  • Crash reports, error logs, and diagnostic data
  • Usage patterns, feature interactions, and session duration
  • Network type (Wi-Fi, mobile data) and connection status
  • Time zone and language settings
Precise GPS location is only collected if explicitly required by app functionality and only with your express permission granted through your device settings.
§ 2.3 Payment & Transaction Data

For apps with premium features or in-app purchases, payment processing is handled exclusively by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or process any credit card numbers, bank account details, or full payment credentials.

We may receive from Google Play limited transaction metadata such as: purchase confirmation, subscription status, and billing country — solely for the purpose of granting access to paid features.

03 · How We Use Data
§ 3.1 Purposes of Data Processing

Personal data collected through our apps is used exclusively for the following legitimate purposes:

  • App Functionality: To operate, maintain, and deliver the core features of each application
  • Account Management: To create and manage user accounts, authenticate users, and maintain session security
  • Personalization: To remember user preferences, settings, and customizations within the app
  • Support & Communication: To respond to support requests, bug reports, and general inquiries
  • App Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and identify areas for improvement in app performance and features
  • Notifications: To send relevant in-app notifications and (with your permission) push notifications
  • Security: To detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent activity, abuse, or security incidents
  • Legal Compliance: To fulfill obligations under applicable Indian and international laws
We do NOT use your data for targeted advertising, profiling for commercial purposes, or selling to third-party marketers.
04 · Data Sharing
§ 4.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

Aura by WN does not sell, rent, lease, or commercially trade your personal data to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. Your personal information is not a commodity.

§ 4.2 Limited Third-Party Sharing

We share limited data only in these specific circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) operating under strict confidentiality agreements — such as Firebase (Google), which may process diagnostic data on our behalf
  • Legal Requirements: When required by applicable law, court order, or lawful governmental request in India or other applicable jurisdictions
  • Safety & Security: To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, our apps, or the public when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary
  • Business Succession: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the developer account/assets, user data may be transferred to the acquiring party under equivalent privacy protections
05 · Data Security
§ 5.1 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission using SSL/TLS protocols
  • Secure authentication mechanisms for user accounts
  • Restricted access controls — only the developer has access to user data
  • Regular security reviews and updates of app infrastructure
  • Use of Google Play's secure billing infrastructure for payments
While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Use our apps with this understanding.
06 · Data Retention
§ 6.1 Retention Periods

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account's active existence. Deleted within 30 days of a verified account deletion request
  • Usage & Diagnostic Data: Retained for up to 12 months for performance analysis, then anonymized or deleted
  • Support Communications: Retained for up to 2 years for reference and quality improvement
  • Financial/Transaction Records: Retained for up to 7 years as required under Indian financial and tax regulations
  • Legal Hold Data: May be retained beyond standard periods if required for ongoing legal matters, compliance, or regulatory investigation

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized so it can no longer be linked to any individual.

07 · Cookies & Tracking
§ 7.1 App Analytics & Tracking Technologies

Our apps may use analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics by Google) to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data. This helps us understand how features are used and where improvements can be made.

Our website (aurabywahid.in) may use browser cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Maintaining session state and user preferences
  • Analyzing website traffic and visitor patterns (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Improving website performance and content relevance

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some website features may not function correctly as a result. On Android, you can limit ad tracking through your device's Privacy settings under "Ads."

08 · Children's Privacy
§ 8.1 Age Restriction Policy

Our applications are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific app's listing on Google Play. Apps that deal with financial information, trading, or adult content are strictly for adult users.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.

09 · Your Rights
§ 9.1 Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by Aura by WN:

  • Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Right to Erasure: Request permanent deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances
  • Right to Portability: Receive your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format
  • Right to Object: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw any previously given consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing

10 · Third-Party Services
§ 10.1 Third-Party SDKs & Platforms

Our apps may integrate third-party services whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies. These may include:

  • Google Play Services & Firebase: Analytics, crash reporting, authentication — Google Privacy Policy
  • Google Play Billing: In-app purchases and subscriptions
  • Google AdMob (if applicable in specific apps): Ad delivery — governed by Google's advertising policies
  • Community Platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.): If our app links to or integrates external communities, those platforms' own privacy policies apply
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
11 · Policy Changes
§ 11.1 Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or app features. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • Post the updated policy on our website at aurabywahid.in
  • Where appropriate, notify users through an in-app notice or update changelog

Your continued use of any Aura by WN application after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically.
