We collect information you directly input into the application, which may include:

• Business name, logo, and contact details for invoice branding
• Client names, addresses, and billing information
• Invoice items, descriptions, quantities, and pricing
• Tax rates, discounts, and payment terms
• Currency preferences and conversion settings

Our app and third-party services integrated within may automatically collect limited technical data, including:

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• App version, crash reports, and performance diagnostics
• General usage analytics (features used, session duration)
• IP address (used for currency rate fetching only)

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or account credentials (no account required)
• Payment card or banking information
• Location data beyond what is automatically sent by your device's network
• Contacts from your device's address book

Information collected is used exclusively to:

• Provide and improve the core invoice creation and management functionality
• Fetch live currency exchange rates for accurate multi-currency invoicing
• Generate, preview, and export PDF invoices on your device
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app stability
• Understand usage patterns to develop new features

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your invoice data belongs to you.

All invoices, client records, and business profiles are stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. This data is not backed up to any Aura by WN server. We strongly recommend enabling your device's built-in backup (Google Drive backup) to prevent data loss.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data collected through the app. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Analytics data collected by third-party services is retained per their own policies (typically 14–26 months). Invoice and business data stored on your device is retained until you uninstall the app or manually delete records.

Invoice Maker All Currencies integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services — App distribution, updates, and crash reporting
• Google AdMob — Advertisement delivery (free version only)
• Firebase Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics and crash diagnostics
• Currency Exchange API — Live exchange rate data (anonymous requests)

The free version of the app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads may use your device's advertising ID to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

You have the right to:

• Access and export all invoice data stored on your device at any time
• Delete any or all data directly within the app
• Request deletion of any account-linked data by contacting us
• Opt out of analytics collection (via your device's privacy settings)

To permanently delete all data associated with your use of the app, please visit our account deletion page or contact us directly. Requests will be processed within 30 days.

Invoice Maker All Currencies is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

By downloading, installing, or using Invoice Maker All Currencies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.

Aura by WN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through app updates or our website. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Aura by WN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Invoice Maker All Currencies for personal or commercial invoicing purposes, subject to these Terms.

The application, including its design, code, features, branding, and all associated intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Aura by WN. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Certain features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's refund policies. Aura by WN does not store payment information.

Invoice Maker All Currencies is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Aura by WN does not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Exchange rates provided within the application are sourced from third-party APIs and are provided for reference purposes only. Aura by WN makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of currency data. Users should verify rates independently for critical financial decisions.

The application does not constitute financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their invoices comply with applicable laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards in their jurisdiction.
